Details of services at La Palma Residence

All our apartments include:

• Living room with TV
• Kitchenette with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, dining area and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
• Reversible air conditioning
• Balcony or loggia
• Free Wi-Fi
• Bed linen provided (1 set per week)
• Washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry room on the ground floor (La Palma residence)
• Towel rental available = €10 per person per week
• Private garage available = €15/day (subject to availability and reservation)
• Continental buffet breakfast available = €10 (served at the hotel 50m from the residence)
• Cleaning supplement = €7/day

Minimum cancellation charge = 1 night

Cancellation fees up to 90 days = 30% of stay

Cancellation fees up to 42 days before your arrival = 100% will be requested by the hotelier as compensation.

If no-show (no show) or in case of interruption of the stay = 100% of the stay will be requested by the hotelier for compensation.

NB: For reservations with reduced rates (last minute + long stay promo) stays are non-refundable.
